WORK WITH ME

I'm on a mission to repair and revise work environments, for the sake of those inside them.

Why Frontier Group exists

You did not start this work to spend your life in messy meetings, resolve team conflict, and be bound by the operation. You started it to build something of value. Something that grows, serves people well, and does not depend on you for every judgment call.

But somewhere along the way, the week started winning. Random meetings replace real planning. Opinions replace facts. The annual plan turns into a document that fades while the calendar fills itself.

Frontier exists to help you take that back. I’m on a mission to repair and revise work environments for the sake of those inside of them.

What you get from me

You get a year round planning system with built in checkpoints. Not inspiration. Not theory. A tool you can run.

The system produces three core assets.

  • 2 Page Strategy
  • 1 Page Plan
  • The Playbook

Then it stays alive through four checkpoints.

  • Annual plan
  • Quarterly reset
  • Monthly review
  • Weekly check in

When this is in place, meetings produce decisions, decisions produce action, and progress becomes measurable.

My Story

My first chapter taught me what breaks leaders and teams. In my early twenties, I watched good ideas and good intentions get implemented with weak work practices. Purpose, faith, and passion were used to justify gaps in skill, poor oversight, and accountability didn’t exist. The culture cracks.

My wife and I experienced the fallout firsthand. It nearly shattered our faith. In pain, we made a vow we did not fully understand yet: we would never work for a mission-based organization again.

Then the call came anyway.

Years later, I was given the chance to lead a faith based nonprofit with responsibility for strategy, team, and how the work actually ran. I said yes, anxious and determined to not repeat the past.

That became my second chapter.

I researched and implemented best practices from leaders who build healthy teams and measure performance. Over eight years, we refined a model that could hold up under real pressure.

As COO, I led operational strategy and team culture as we grew from 3 employees to 45 across 10 departments inside a complex eight figure nonprofit.

Because our work sat in the college international travel world, we navigated major disruption, including the global pandemic and the war. In those eight years, we sent more than 11,000 young leaders on life changing experiences to the Holy Land.

I will always be proud of what we accomplished.

But the thing I value most is the operation we built. Clear standards with strong people embracing honest accountability. A team that could adapt when the script got ripped up. That is where my core beliefs were forged.

If  you don’t have an honest system that keeps you accountable to reality, you are just playing games with your time, your money, your people, and your potential.

How I work

You are the expert and the leader. You carry the responsibility. You make the final calls. My role is to be an experienced guide, partner, and coach along the way. I help you think out loud, see the real constraints, and install a system that reduces leader dependency.

The method behind my work is RDM Thinking: Reaction Draft Method.

It works like this.

Disciplined inquiry that asks the right questions in the right order. A high standard draft that turns your answers into a decision ready output. Your judgment and refinement so the final product is truly yours.

We do not start with a blank page or whiteboard. We start with frameworks aimed at your reality, then and only then, we get creative with our thinking.

Experience and training

I am a certified executive coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the John Maxwell Company.

I also hold leadership and business strategy certificates from Harvard, MIT, and the University of Illinois focused on strategy implementation, team leadership, and performance measurement.

Before executive leadership, I was an ordained minister and served as a Student Pastor.

I have lived the pressure of not enough time, not enough money, and endless responsibility. That is why my work is system and framework driven, aiming at practical next steps. It is built to hold up under pressure, not just look good on paper.

Two ways to work with me

Option 1 - Frontier Framework Facilitator Kits

You get Session Guides and AI Builders that help you build your plan, your structure, and your checkpoint cadence.

Option 2 - Work with Me

This is for leaders who value experienced partners and mentors for growth and adoption support. Not just a plan built. A plan applied, plan adopted, and committed to over time. That is mastery. I have two programs that help leaders instal the Frontier Framework and provide executive coaching to highly-motivated leaders.

If you are done with broken meetings that produce chatter but not progress, we should talk.
