Knowledge and tools do not change anything. Experience and accountability do. F12 is not for the curious. It is for the leader who is fed up, prepared to be all in, and ready to do what it takes to secure their next level.
The Problem
You are not stuck. You are unsupported.
No One in Your Corner
You are making big calls alone. No peer pressure. No one operating at your level to think out loud with. The weight is real and it does not lift.
You Are the System
Every decision, every fix, every fire runs through you. Your team is capable but nothing moves without your input. That is not leadership. That is a bottleneck.
Busy Without Traction
You are working hard but you are not sure if it is working. No metrics. No rhythm. No clear picture of whether the effort is actually moving the needle.
WHAT IS F12
F12 is a 12-month executive coaching and leadership development program capped at 12 leaders. It is not a course. It is not a mastermind. It is a guided installation of a system, skillsets, and the habits that produce healthy, high-performing organizations. You will leave with a working framework, a new leadership identity, and the instinct and tools to sustain both.
Most programs teach the framework and send you home. F12 stays with you while you install it — through the first adaptations, the first resistance, the first real tests. The Build takes 4 weeks. The real work is the 9 months after it.

THE PROGRAM
Four phases. One year. Built to last. The Build takes 4 weeks. The real work is the 9 months after it. Most programs teach the framework and send you home. F12 stays with you while you install it.

PHASE 1
The Build
4 weeks
Install the full Frontier Framework. Strategic direction, planning rhythm, and your organizational scoreboard. You leave Phase 1 with a working system and the tools to use it from that point forward.
CYCLE 1
The System
90 DAYS
Operational infrastructure and execution standards. You stop being the system and start building one. Covers organizational design, accountability structures, and the operating cadence that holds execution together.
CYCLE 2
The Culture
90 DAYS
What your team believes, how they behave, and whether you can see it slipping before it costs you. Culture is not a feeling. It is a standard. This cycle builds the standard.
CYCLE 3
The Individual
90 DAYS
The conversations you avoid, the decisions you delay, and the manager you are still becoming. The most personal cycle. The one most leaders skip.

Jeremy Rivers
YOUR GUIDE
Jeremy Rivers is a fractional COO, executive coach, and organizational health consultant with 20 years of leadership and operational experience across nonprofits, growing organizations, and complex team environments. His work sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and team development. He designed the Frontier Framework out of what actually worked in the real world, not a classroom. He holds leadership and business strategy credentials from Harvard, MIT, and the University of Illinois, and is a certified executive coach through the International Coaching Federation and the John Maxwell Company. He does not teach leadership from a distance. He has lived it — and he stays in the room until you can run it without him.
