What we’ll do in 45 minutes
 

1. Expose why most plans fail 
We’ll quickly unpack why traditional “annual planning” breaks down— a goal lists that don’t survive February—and what a 1-page plan does differently.

2. Walk through the 1-Page Plan framework
I’ll show you exactly what belongs on a simple 1-page plan: your 3–5 year direction, your #1 outcome for the next 12 months, and the kind of goals that actually move the score (not the vague stuff that clogs most decks).

3. Work the worksheet together
You’ll use a 1-page DIY worksheet to work through:

  • 10 must-answer questions about your direction, targets, and constraints

  • 3 markers of a high-performing goal so you can pressure-test what you’re aiming at

You won’t leave with a finished plan.
You’ll leave with the structure, a worksheet started, and the clarity to finish your 1-page plan without staring at a blank screen in January.
