SERVICE AGREEMENT
Better Op Workshop
This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Frontier Group LLC (“Company”) and the individual (“Participant”) enrolling in the Better Op Workshop / Challenge (the “Program”).
By enrolling in the Program, Participant agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. Program Description
The Better Op Workshop / Challenge is a live and/or virtual educational program designed to help business owners and organizational leaders bring clarity, structure, and focus to their operations. The Program may include live training sessions, recorded content, worksheets, group discussions, and other resources.
2. No Guarantees or Earnings Disclaimer

The Company does not guarantee that the Participant will achieve any specific results, including revenue growth, client acquisition, or operational transformation.

Any examples of strategies, systems, or business outcomes shared are illustrative only and not to be interpreted as typical, promised, or guaranteed results.

The Participant’s success depends entirely on their own efforts, actions, leadership, business model, and market factors.

The Participant assumes full responsibility for implementing the concepts shared and for all outcomes.
3. No Legal, Financial, or Business Advice
The Company and its representatives do not provide legal, tax, financial, HR, or other professional advice. All Program content is for educational and informational purposes only. Participant should consult their own professional advisors before making any business, financial, or legal decisions.
4. Payment Terms & Refund Policy

Payment is due in full at the time of enrollment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All payments are non-refundable, regardless of participation or completion.
5. Intellectual Property & Use of Materials

All Program materials (including recordings, worksheets, frameworks, and resources) are the exclusive property of the Company and protected by copyright law.

Participant is granted a limited, non-transferable license to use materials solely for personal and internal business purposes.

Participant may not reproduce, distribute, share, sell, or otherwise use Program materials without written consent from the Company.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any damages, including direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages or loss of profits, arising from the Participant’s participation in the Program or reliance on any information provided.
